I believe it is a requirement for DWG trueview and part of the install? It looks like the Microsoft visual c++ is what may be the issue because when the laptop restarts those install. Well it worked on one laptop but didn't work on another. If you have suggestions for the sidebar, let us know! We're always looking for great resources.
